Return Policy

Buffer Zone provides a 60-day return and exchange policy. Merchandise should be returned to the original point of purchase within 60 days of purchase. Valid receipts must be presented for returns. Refunds will be issued for unused product returned in original condition.

Used merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if the cause is a manufacturer's defect.

Unused Merchandise returned over the 60-day period will be issued a store credit or refund unless the cause is manufacturer's defect.

In the event that the style being returned is no longer available, a product of equal value may be offered as replacement.
